1. Service

OrbitHost provides self-managed Linux virtual private servers. You are responsible for the software, data and security of your server.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and verify your email before ordering.

3. Orders and billing

Prices and renewal prices are shown before payment and recorded with your order. Services renew for the same period unless cancelled.

Unpaid renewals enter a grace period, after which the service may be suspended. Suspended data is retained for a published period before deletion.

4. Acceptable use

Use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Availability

No uptime SLA is offered at this stage. Planned maintenance and incidents will be communicated.

6. Liability, governing law and disputes
